Sorry guys (love the other items) but u sent this one vs Everything Hurts hat and it was a brother bday. Customer service was sloppy at best and made return very frustrating. After back and forth with ur Customer service guy I just threw my hands up and bought another Everything Hurts to bypass him. Now I'll keep the bear hat one and just give it to my son who's a nature photographer in DC. Not good experience

"So cool the park ranger at my local State Park wanted to know where I got it."
